The Second Degree Reiki workshop is known as Okuden, which means "Inner Teachings". This level is taught over two days and is approximately 8-10 hours long. This is taught in a relaxing, creative, joyful and meditative atmosphere. You will need to have completed a First Degree Usui workshop as a prerequisite to taking part in a Second Degree Workshop. Please contact us first to discuss if you are unsure if you have completed an Usui Reiki Second Degree workshop with a different teacher and lineage.

 

Second Degree Reiki focusses on healing and balancing mental and emotional energy, where as First Degree Reiki focuses more so on healing and balancing physical energy and the body.

Second Degree Reiki increases your Reiki energy and ability to heal yourself and others in a more wholistic way focussing on healing any past traumas, purifying the mental and emotional energy of ones past  to help you live more fully in the present in a more happy and harmonious way.

You will work with ancient symbols, mantras, meditation, mindfulness, energy work and breathing methods, giving you simple yet powerful tools to empower yourself, find inner peace, happiness​, increase your energy so you can live a more fulfilling and empowered life.

A main feature of working with second degree Reiki energy is learning to send Reiki healing energy at a distance to another person, to your past, or to the future.​
