This Level 1 Reiki workshop is the beginning stages of an introduction, empowerment and initiation that opens your channels to access the Reiki energy. The word Reiki can mean, Universal Life Force Energy, and Soul Energy.

 

This Reiki system has its roots in Kiko (Qi Gong) Tendai Buddhism, Zen Buddhism, Shugendo and Shintoism however you do not need to be of this faith do to Reiki.

 

You don't need to have any faith, belief or energy work experience in order to practise Reiki. Reiki works holistically alongside any of other spiritual, religious beliefs and energy systems.

This is a two-day workshop where you will be taught the origins of Reiki, methods to heal yourself, methods to treat other people, meditation using mudras, an increase in intuition, ways to feel energy in the hands, mindfulness meditation, breathing exercise to make your Reiki energy channel stronger and five principles to bring peace, happiness and good health.

The beginning stages of Reiki  impacts more so on a physical level, all though still cover mental, emotional and spiritual aspects.

You will learn to access the peaceful Reiki energy at will, and use this to bring balance, health,  and happiness, increasing your spiritual consciousness and heartfelt intuition​
