This healing and meditation system was created through combining my many years of experience working with Reiki, the five elements in Taoist Energy Work, training and healing, as well as ancient yogic traditions. Combining my personal experience and knowledge in this area with Reiki I have created a powerful, yet simple meditative healing and cultivation system that enables you to wash out the emotional and mental states at a deeper level which are locked in and associated with the energy of the five major organs. By working with Reiki healing, sounds and movement you can help purify blocked emotional energy in the organs that may be causing physical illness.

This workshop is taught approximately over 3-4 hours online or in person.

This Reiki system works with the building blocks of creation known as the five elements. The five elements in the Eastern traditions consists of the wood, fire, earth, metal, water. Each element linking to a physical organ, emotional and phycological states.  If one of these elements is out of balance it starts the process of slow deterioration of all of the other elements leading to disease, physically, mentally, emotionally.

This Reiki Five Elements Healing Meditation involves Reiki initiation, hand positions, mantras (powerful sound vibrations) energy work (Qi Gong), visualisation, palm healing, meditation and breath work.

These methods will help to purify and wash out stuck diseased energy, historical negative habitual patterns, trauma trapped in the body and organs, stuck emotions and negative mind patterns that are no longer conducive to a positive and successful life.

In my experience of over 25 years of healing, cultivation, training and teaching in the spiritual field I have come to recognise that the foundation of any healing journey and spiritual tradition has its roots in first working with and balancing the five elements within yourself.
